Great customer service. My order said it was delivered but sadly I think it was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to the company and without hesitation they offered to resend it or refund the cost. I chose to resend it. It got there within a couple of days and the recipient loved it. So much fun! I sent my niece and nephew their own pinatagrams. They live across the state and I don’t get to see them much. Watching their excitement as they tried to figure out how to open it was the best! They found the flap in the back and quickly shut it because obviously smashing the piñata for candy is the only way to get the candy out! They’re in a very destructive phase so this was a perfect little gift to surprise them with! I will definitely be sending them another one soon!
