The piñata was delivered 3 days after my 5 year old nephews birthday so it ruined the novelty of it. When ordered it say delivered on 4/17 but was delayed till 4/19 and they were on vacation so he didn’t revive it till 4/26.

The item was well received, my issue is I had placed an order on Wednesday, then the following 2 days there was an offer for double candy. I sent subsequent emails with no response. Once I did receive a response the note said, we do not check our emails daily and the double candy was sold out. As a first time, customer and likely the only time I will buy, this was satisfactory! Offering a percentage off also worthy of another sale.

I was a little disappointed on how long it took to get to my friend. The item came from Ft. Worth and it was sent to Dallas. It took 8 days to get to my friend. I could've went and picked it up. It went back and forth between multiple USPS distribution centers. Very weird and uncalled for.
